AV Control System Quick Guide

Using the Room PC:

Touch screen to wake up. 

  • Touch Start a Presentation
  • Touch and drag Room PC source to box for desired monitor.


Note:  Sound will be from last source selected.

 

SHUTTING DOWN:

  • Touch Home button on top right corner of screen.
  • Touch End Session on bottom right corner of Home screen.
  • Touch Yes in middle of screen.

 

Using a Laptop

Touch screen to wake up.

  • Select and connect appropriate cable located in the table.
    • USB connections are also available in the table to allow you to access and share files.

 

Click “Start a Presentation”

 

  • Touch and drag laptop image to desired monitor box.

Note: Sound will be from last source selected.

SHUTTING DOWN:

  • Touch Home button on top right corner of screen.
  • Touch End Session on bottom right corner of Home screen.
  • Touch Yes button.
